GIVING IN ACTION
PITCH@SEF
Every year, student entrepreneurs can pitch their business ideas to a panel made up of donors and faculty. Promising ideas that have been granted seed money from the Student Entrepreneurship Fund include SnowVision, QViro, Joylists and Maternia.
Jorg Hendrikx founded Qviro, a kind of Trip Advisor for industrial robotics. A year after receiving a grant from Vlerick, Qviro raised a first round in growth capital from three investment funds.

PUB 90: pioneers – always
PUB 90 was the first to set up a class donation. “We cover the living expenses of a promising student”, Pieter Casneuf explains. “But we also contribute to the Scholarship Fund. Vlerick has given us so much. Not just knowledge and insights but also friendship, laughter and a sense of purpose.” Other classes that followed their example in the meantime are PUB 73, PUB 87 and PUB 92.
GIVE BACK WITH YOUR CLASS
The Vlerick experience is life-changing. The things you learn and the people you meet impact your life and your career. That’s why we regularly invite former classmates back to the School. Make these connections with former classmates even more valuable by investing in a joint effort – literally.
